COPA visits McKesson picket
Vice President Glen Scott and AUPE’s Committee on Political Action visited UFCW 401 members on strike at a McKesson warehouse in West Edmonton on July 28, the one-month anniversary of the strike. UFCW 401 is fighting for wage parity with other McKesson warehouses in Alberta.

EDMONTON – The deadline for AUPE members who are running in the fall Alberta municipal election to apply for support from the union’s Committee on Political Action has been set for Sept. 1, 2010.
